Moms is an African-American led program designed especially for pregnant and postpartum U.S. born African American moms.” This program offers unique support that women are not getting in the typical healthcare setting. Diva Moms teaches women how to advocate for themselves and builds trust to ensure sure they healthy babies and healthy moms.
